hands

You may have to look creatively with me for this one.
This is a plant I bought from Ikea about a month ago. I was first attracted to the roots. They immediately reminded me of the hands of a mother stradling her child and probably crooning a lullaby or breastfeeding the kid. The vertical root would be part of the mother's hand wrapped around the neck of the child whose head is on the right and resting on her bosom.
Still don't get it? Try the next perspective.
On a darker note, the above could also show a person using his hands to strangle another. :) So from this view where I am standing, the body rests 6 feet under, having rebirthed into this luscious green.
