To iPhone 3GS or just upgrade my N95 to a 97?

Just came across this on Jason Life Notes:

Some iPhone 3GS users recently reported that their new handsets generates heat easily. One owner even stated when he is using the GPS app, the phone heats up quickly a manifestation that the circuitry could not handle the apps load...

Another good reason to hold back the reins and not jump the wagon too soon?

To all my kids out there - stop flashing me your iPhone3G and its dazzling applications each time you see me. :P
