Together with another, we went in search for a nice place to chill at Dempsey Road. Too bad I didn't get any pictures of the cool joints and restaurants at that area. I quite like the ambience at Dempsey where yuppies and the well-heeled go for their meals. You have to drive to get there thus it is primarily an adults hang-out place. Having already had dinner at Holland Village hawker center (where the food is a lot cheaper), we settled with dessert at Ben & Jerry's. There we met local celeb couple, Perre and Andrea. No pictures again. It was entertaining just watching silly fans going all excited and asking to have their pictures taken with the stars. They sure look like a great couple together.
All was well for me except that there was no live music playing that night which was one big sore point for all of us. We deliberated for a long while before someone suggested exploring Mount Faber.
We managed to find our way there relying on impressions and Nokkia maps because my GPS screwed up big time. The wave bridge was a distance from where I'd parked. The superbly windy weather was just great to walk, jump and run along it. But because it was getting rather late, we decided to just walk around to soak in the night scenes.
After several misfires, we finally got all of us into the frame.
