18 June 2009 Near the summit, we experienced a whiteout when the clouds descended upon the mountain. On top of that, there were 2 bouts of sudden rain which lasted about ten to fifteen minutes each. One of these sudden showers was accompanied by a brief session of hail and a mud slide followed after. All the while, while we wound numerous times around the mountain to get to the top, the icy winds blew ferociously and beat at our poor Asian bodies unaccustomed to the cold.Labels: Ireland, trip, wordless wednesday dusty

Back home around 6-ish. Slept near midnight. Been up since 2+am. Jet lagged... Just thankful I don't have to report to school today like many thousands in 1 hr+ time. :P Labels: ramble |
